I am in network with the following insurance plans: 

• State Health Plan

• Duke Student Insurance

If you do not have the above insurance plans, I provide detailed superbills that make it easy for you to submit for reimbursement, so you can collect any out of network benefits you may have. Several insurance companies including Cigna, BCBS, and United contribute significantly to therapy with an out of network provider.

Cash, Venmo, and credit card are all acceptable forms of payment. Payment must be rendered at the time of your appointment. Balances are not to be accrued.

If you do not show up for your appointment, or you cancel within 2 business days, this will result in a $165 fee except in the case of illness or an emergency.
